Angela Ahrendts has officially started as Senior VP of Retail and Online Stores at Apple

Angela Ahrendts has finally started with Apple taking on the role of Senior VP of Retail and Online Stores filling the hole left by John Browett who only lasted 6 months in the job.

Angela left her previous position as CEO of Burberry yesterday. Tim Cook said the Angela was the "best person in the world for this role." when he announced that she would be taking the position last year.

Apple's executive leadership page has now been updated to reflect her commencement.
