It's been a long time since Apple has taken to the stage to introduce to us to new products and with Tim Cook saying that they have some great stuff to show us in the Fall and into 2014 we can expect to wait for any new hardware refreshes until at least August.

Well at least we all have a date for WWDC now that Apple has set it for June 10.

The new logo for this year's event is also a departure for Apple with them abandoning their traditional Myriad font for an updated flatter one - perhaps an indication of a new design direction we can expect to see in iOS 7.

I for one can't wait to see iOS 7, as my predictions are that Sir Johnny Ive is going to give it quite a new visual direction - it's hard not to admit that the current UI is feeling tired.
