Apple will change it's entire Macbook Pro lineup to resemble the MacBook Air.
According to AppleInsider and as we've reported before it now seems inevitable that Apple will unify its notebook line with the much thinner Macbook Air design attributes. The report states that they:
"will include new, ultra-thin unibody enclosures that jettison yesteryear technologies like optical disk drives and traditional hard drives in favor of models with lightweight chassis that employ flash-memory based solid-state drives, instant-on capabilities, extended battery life, and rely on digital distribution for software and media."
It should be a big year for Apple as 2011 only saw basic refreshes of all the lines including the iPhone, many are people are expecting some big things from the company this year.
