The original contract signed by Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs and Ronald Wayne to establish Apple Computer in 1976 is up for Auction form Sotherby's and could fetch up to $150,000 reports Bloomberg.

Wayne later withdrew from the partnership forgoing his 10% stake for $800 (Ouch !). Steve Jobs announced in 2007 that Apple would be dropping Computer from their name due to their move into devices such as the iPod.
