Jailbreaking is 100% legal but will void your warranty and although I've never had a need to do it, I'd love to see Apple adopt some of the features in the video such as:

• Multitasking from Notification Centre
• Facial Recognition to unlock the device
• Using your camera as wallpaper
• Using Siri handsfree

It could happen, Apple hired Jailbreak developer Peter Hajas - the developer behind "MobileNotifier" in 2011 and then introduced it's beautiful notification centre in iOS 5.0.
