9to5Mac and MacRumors have found references to both the iPhone 5 and the iPad 3 in todays release of iOS 5.1 Beta. Rumours have suggested the iPhone 5 will feature a 4" screen and capacitive home button with an aluminium back. The iPad 3 is being rumoured to have a Retina display provided by Sharp. They have also identified a new Apple TV which should utilise the A5 chip and play play 1080P.
