Apple to add fingerprint security to new iPhone

It looks like the rumours about Apple adding a fingerprint sensor to the new iPhone are true. iOS 7 Beta 4 released earlier today has a new folder in it called "BiometricKitUI" and includes a description of a "Photo of a person holding an iPhone with their left hand while touching the Home button with their thumb"

If Apple does include a fingerprint scanner, then passwords may soon be a thing of the past!
