It's official - Apple is holding a special media event Sept 9

It's now official - Apple has sent out invites for it's latest media event to be held on September 9. The event will be held at a different venue than normal, the Flint Centre for the Performing Arts in Cupertino. This is the venue the Apple announced the original Mac, so does that mean they've got some big announcements up their sleeves?

Amongst all the rumours, almost certainly we can expect them to launch at a 4.7 inch iPhone 6 and possibly a bigger 5.5 inch model as well. We're also hoping to see Apple finally launch into the wearables category.
